AssuredPartners Announces Acquisition of Armada Employer Services

Third Party Administrator Joins National Broker
 
LAKE MARY, Fla. – July 5, 2016 — AssuredPartners, Inc. is proud to announce the acquisition of the benefits component of ArmadaAdministrators of Hunt Valley, MD. Armada Employer Services is a full-service third party administrator (TPA) specializing in payroll and HRIS integration to manage supplemental plans and consumer-directed accounts. The staff of seven will relocate into the operations of Crawford Advisors and serve under the leadership of Crawford Advisor’s COO and Platform Leader Brian Bair.
