Approved Revisions to the Davis-Bacon Certified Payroll Form

The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division recently announced approved revisions to the Davis-Bacon Certified Payroll Form. As of January 6, 2025, the Office of Management and Budget finalized these updates, designed to:

  • Clarify data entry requirements in specific fields.
  • Include additional information regarding fringe benefit contributions and apprenticeship program participation.
  • Simplify the instructions for ease of use.

The revised form is now available as a non-fillable PDF on the Wage and Hour Division’s website, with a fillable PDF version expected. Contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to begin using the updated form immediately to ensure compliance.
