Senior M&A Attorneys Bring Expertise to National Broker 

LAKE MARY, FL – September 30, 2020 – AssuredPartners, Inc. is proud to announce that Nick Tuliebitz, Esq. and Darlyn Heckman, Esq. will lead the M&A Insurance practice for AssuredPartners in North America, expanding AssuredPartners’ existing practice in the Representation and Warranty Insurance (RWI) space. The M&A team will be responsible for developing the overall growth strategy for client development, managing underwriting and policy negotiation while collaborating with investment professionals, legal counsel and underwriting teams to deliver effective and efficient risk transfer solutions across the organization’s growing footprint. Nick and Darlyn each bring nearly a decade of experience as M&A attorneys, bolstered by years of brokering RWI policies for leading private equity sponsors and strategic buyers. They leverage that experience to collaborate with investment professionals, legal counsel and underwriters to provide value-adding consultation, alongside results and efficiency driven transaction risk brokering.
Nick holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from The College of New Jersey. 
Darlyn holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and an A.B. from Princeton University.
