AssuredPartners Names Two New Regional Presidents
Dave Tacha and Randy Russell Promoted within National Broker
LAKE MARY, FL – November 17, 2020 – AssuredPartners, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Dave Tacha, Regional President of AssuredPartners newly formed Mountain West region and Randy Russell, Regional President of AssuredPartners Central States region. Dave will report into President Sean Smith and Randy will report into President Randy Larsen while working within the existing operational structure to keep local operations in touch with their communities and positioning financial, sales, marketing, IT and HR structure to support additional growth.
Newly named Regional President of the Mountain West region, Dave Tacha, joined AssuredPartners in 2015 through the Sisk & Co. acquisition. David joined Sisk & Co in 2004 and has worked in the insurance industry for over 19 years all on the retail broker side of the business. Dave has a background in commercial property and casualty risk management specializing in the energy, oil and gas sector. Dave will bring his experience and great insight to the six offices under his leadership throughout Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.
Randy Russell, AssuredPartners Central States Regional President, has spent over 30 years in the insurance industry, mainly focusing in the property and casualty space with a focus on wholesale and manufacturing industries providing risk consulting to his clients. Joining AssuredPartners in 2015 through the acquisition of IBG, Randy has proven his leadership and will take over responsibilities for the twelve locations in the growing region which spans Missouri, Kansas and Texas.
