AssuredPartners Names Two New Regional Sales Leaders

Matt Benge and Tom Harper Promoted within AssuredPartners
LAKE MARY, FL – January 11, 2021 – AssuredPartners, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Matt Benge, Regional Sales Leader of AssuredPartners Central States and Tom Harper, Regional Sales Leader of AssuredPartners Mountain West region. Matt will report into Regional President, Randy Russell, and Tom will report into Regional President, Dave Tacha. Both Matt and Tom will continue to work within the existing operational structure to keep local operations in touch with their communities while supporting sales leaders to help them grow organically.
Newly named Regional Sales Leader of the Central States region, Matt Benge, joined AssuredPartners in 2012. Since his start, Matt was a successful producer for five years before becoming an Agency Sales Leader in 2017. Now he will continue to produce and be Sales Leader in Kansas City. Matt says, “I am looking forward to the opportunity to lead sales in the Central States. AssuredPartners continues to give our producers the resources, tools and sales processes to be high performers which allows our offices at a local level to build and improve sales culture. I am excited to assist in those efforts.”
Tom Harper, AssuredPartners Mountain West Regional Sales Leader, joined AssuredPartners in 2015 during the Sisk & Co. acquisition. During his time at AP, Tom has worked as a Producer within the energy vertical, Senior Vice President and Sales Leader in Colorado. He is looking forward to helping other offices in his region adapt to the new sales culture under his leadership. He has proven such leadership and will take over sales responsibilities for the six locations in the growing region.
