  • Wind*

  • Lightning
  • Flood*
  • Aircraft
  • Explosion

*Wind and Flood MUST be excluded on all risks located in the State of Florida and on all risks within 75 miles of the coast

Deductible

5% of the total property value per tract with $1000 minimum per occurrence
Exception: Wind & Flood deductibles are based on proximity to the coast.

Timber Valuation

The following materials are required:

  • Copy of Timber Management Plan
  • Timber Stand Type Maps
  • Current cruise data
