Leadership Profile

Kyp began his career with the Ohio Casualty Group in their Surety Department. In 1997, he joined Dawson Companies to spearhead their construction and surety production. Dawson joined AssuredPartners in 2012, where Kyp now leads AssuredPartners' National Surety Practice. Kyp believes that every client's needs are unique and, therefore, each program must be approached with a coordinated plan structured to achieve a specified set of goals established by the client and our staff. A graduate of Ohio State University with a BSBA in finance, Kyp is an active member of various industry associations, including AGC, NASBP, ABC, ASA, and OCA.

Leadership Profile

In 2016, Reggie and his partners sold their agency Centennial Surety Associates to AssuredPartners, the brokerage's first Surety Bond-focused acquisition. With a degree in Accounting from Towson University, Reggie possesses an in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and the unique ability to explain and obtain bonding. He is an active member of the National Association of Surety Bond Professionals, and he's on the steering committee for AssuredPartners National Surety practice. Reggie has a passion for the business development of minority and emerging contractors. With the goal of helping these firms grow sustainable and profitable organizations, he routinely conducts seminars for Contractor Readiness programs and Bond Education.

With over 25 years of experience in Surety and Construction, Randal brings a wealth of knowledge to the AssuredPartners Surety Practice. He plays a vital role in supporting AssuredPartners' objective of designing and implementing industry-leading programs by concentrating on total cost of risk and offering surety solutions that address his clients' business challenges. Randal's expertise extends to advocacy, contract review, proactive management services, financial analysis, and strategic positioning, all aimed at enhancing his clients' balance sheets and helping them secure more projects. Randal holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Economics from Muskingum College. Committed to continuous learning, he pursues further education and training through the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). Randal is actively involved with several professional associations, including ABC, ACI, ASA, and AGC.
