With over ten years of experience as a cargo claims adjustor and fleet underwriter, Andy brings a distinctive background to AssuredPartners Transportation. His expertise lies in crafting intricate insurance programs specifically tailored for Transportation and Logistics companies. Andy knows the key performance indicators that drive insurance costs and teaches his clients to control them with safety and compliance services, legal review, and operational assessments. As the Transportation Vertical Leader, Andy collaborates with our offices nationwide, offering invaluable guidance and support to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Bethany began her insurance career working for her father’s commercial truck insurance agency in small town Anacortes Washington. For the last 20 years she has dedicated her career to the commercial trucking industry at large. As the Agency President for AssuredPartners in Washington, she leads a team of 40 individuals who focus on providing insurance solutions for transportation companies. Bethany is a dedicated member of the Washington Transportation Association (WTA), she is on WTA Foundation board, and is focused on giving back to the transportation industry in Washington State by providing scholarships to young individuals to become trucking professionals.

Joe embarked on his insurance journey in 2003 and quickly found his place within AHM Financial Group. With the acquisition of AHM by AssuredPartners in 2013, Joe seamlessly transitioned to his current role, spearheading the Transportation division's growth within the St. Louis region. Notably, Joe's expertise extends beyond insurance, encompassing risk management and compliance in both the manufacturing and transportation sectors. Furthermore, his experience includes successfully managing a private fleet of 120 units, affording him a unique viewpoint in the buyer/broker relationship. Joe's diverse background equips him to provide invaluable insights and tailored solutions to his clients.

With a talent for devising cutting-edge risk management solutions, Jeff has built a reputation in the continuously evolving transportation industry. With nearly 25 years of dedicated service to this sector, he has forged and nurtured substantial relationships within the industry. Jeff's expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including risk management, analysis of self-insured retention, and the utilization of captive and alternative risk solutions. However, above all, his approach remains unwaveringly client-focused, ensuring that the unique needs and goals of his clients are at the forefront. His dedication and drive aim to establish AssuredPartners Transportation as the preeminent, dynamic, and largest transportation-specific brand in the United States.
Leadership Profile
John has honed his expertise in the production and management of motor carrier insurance since 1982. His experience has positioned him as a trusted advisor, earning him a seat on the advisory boards of institutions such as Great West Casualty Company and State Auto Insurance. While his focus remains on producing and managing large-scale motor carrier insurance plans, John also mentors new producers, nurturing their skills, and fostering their success in the industry. John has made contributions to the Ohio Trucking Association, serving in various roles, including the Team 88 program.

Having 28 years of experience in the trucking industry with another 10 in aviation; Bob has a broad perspective on risk management, knowledge, and leadership. Bob has experience in all facets of the trucking insurance business, having grown his agency from just one employee to a team of 25 dedicated individuals in St Simons Island, GA, where he serves as Agency President. His office serves both the fleet and non-fleet sides of the industry with his personal efforts focused on the structure and risk management strategies of motor carriers who are participating in loss sensitive programs. Bob has served our trade by sitting on the Board of Directors, for the Georgia Motor Trucking Association and as a member of the Agents Council for Great West Casualty Company.

Tyson started his career in the insurance industry 15 years ago with Peoples Insurance Agency (PIA) in Waverly, Iowa. During this time, PIA grew to become a national leader in the commercial trucking insurance industry. PIA joined AssuredPartners in May of 2018, where Tyson now serves as agency president. Tyson has extensive knowledge of the many challenges faced by owner operators and fleet managers, and he has used that knowledge to develop a team of sales and service professionals who specialize in meeting the needs of clients of all sizes. The solution-oriented approach that he brings to the table has made a great addition to the AssuredPartners Transportation team.
